Terms of Service & Disclaimer

These terms define the scope of the engineering service, the ownership commitments of the uploader and the limits of liability of MQL Restore. By creating an account or uploading any file, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms below.

Article 1. Nature & Purpose of the Service

MQL Restore provides engineering services for analysing MetaTrader executable files, auditing trading-algorithm security (Algorithmic Security & Risk Auditing), recovering lost source code (Lost Source Code Recovery) and supporting personal study. We do not sell, trade, distribute or circulate third-party commercial software.

Article 2. Ownership & Lawful-Use Commitments

When uploading any .ex5 or .ex4 file, the Customer represents and warrants that:

  • The Customer is the lawful owner of the file (e.g. its original author, or a client who commissioned it and lost the .mq5 / .mq4 source due to hardware failure or the end of a contract with the original developer); OR
  • The Customer holds full legal rights to request analysis, interoperability testing and hidden-risk auditing (malware, hidden orders, account-blowing bugs) of the file.
  • For files carrying an MQL5 Market ProductID, we only accept the order if the Customer is the author / seller of that product and can prove it through their MQL5 Seller account.
  • The Customer will not use the service to infringe copyright, redistribute software without authorisation (resale/piracy) or cause harm to any person or organisation.

Article 3. Permitted Use of the Results

Reconstructed source code (.mq5 / .mq4) and analysis reports are provided solely to the uploader for:

  • Personal study of MQL4/MQL5 quantitative programming.
  • Recovery and maintenance of the Customer's own trading systems.
  • Independent review of money-management and risk algorithms before live use.
  • Strictly prohibited: copying, commercial resale, public distribution or claiming authorship of third-party software.

Article 4. Disclaimer & Indemnification

1. File origin: MQL Restore performs technical processing on the Customer's instructions and has no obligation to verify the civil history of each file, except as set out in Article 2 for MQL5 Market products.

2. Customer responsibility: The Customer bears full legal responsibility (civil, administrative or criminal) for the origin of uploaded files and for how the delivered source code is used.

3. Indemnification: In the event of any claim, copyright dispute or legal demand from a third party arising from files supplied by the Customer or from a breach of Articles 2 and 3, the Customer shall resolve it independently, bear all costs and hold MQL Restore harmless.

Article 5. Quotes, Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Uploading and assessment are free. You only pay after accepting the quote.
  • You may cancel an order at any time before payment.
  • Full refund if the delivered source fails to compile or deviates from the original logic. Refund requests must be made while the files are still retained (Article 7).
  • We may refuse any file that appears to breach Article 2; refused files are not charged.

Article 6. Financial Risk Disclaimer

Trading forex, CFDs and digital assets carries a high level of risk. Recovered source code reflects the logic contained in the original binary as-is. MQL Restore does not provide investment advice and is not liable for any profit or loss resulting from running the code in live markets.

Article 7. Temporary Storage & Automatic Deletion (Zero-Retention)

Uploaded .ex5 / .ex4 files and result files are stored only while the order is processed and are permanently deleted 72 hours after the order closes (completed, rejected or cancelled). Please download your result within this window. We accept copyright notices (DMCA / Takedown) and immediately stop processing infringing files.

Article 8. Partner (Referral) Programme

  • Commission applies only to orders from genuine customers other than the referring partner. Orders placed by the partner, or by any account the partner owns, controls or created to earn commission, are not eligible.
  • Each person may use one account only. Each Telegram account can verify only one account on the platform.
  • Commission is recorded when the customer pays and becomes available 7 days after the file is delivered. Orders refunded or cancelled within this period generate no commission.
  • To protect the programme we compare technical signals (device, IP address, payment and payout details). Commissions showing unusual patterns are reviewed manually before payout.
  • If a breach is found we may void related commissions, decline withdrawals and terminate partner status without notice.
